  • All of our applications are available on Android and iPhone with the following OS versions:

    Application features will vary depending on each device and OS capabilities. MobiLifestyle aims to support as many devices and OS versions as possible. Announcements will be made when future releases support more OS versions.
  • No. Our applications require consent from the person that is sharing his/her location in order to locate him/her. User's location information is not stored anywhere.
  • MobiLifestyle applications may consume more battery life depending on your device and how frequently it is being used. Our applications are optimized to only use GPS and other location services when it is required to retrieve locations. However please note that constant use of your phone and features such as WiFi and GPS will affect your Smartphone battery life.
  • Please note that when you use these applications, normal wireless carrier charges are incurred, including but not limited to calling charges, text message charges, data charges and roaming charges. You are solely responsible for these charges.

  • Troubleshooting

  • Location accuracy will vary greatly depending on a number of factors including your GPS signal, wireless carrier, mobile phone, your environment and more. At times, a precise location may not be available and network location may be used (this will not be as accurate as GPS).

    To get the most accurate location, please check the following:
  • Turn on your GPS / Location services:

    Android: On your Android phone, go to Settings > Location and make sure all location services are checked (GPS Satellites/High Accuracy and Network Location)
    iPhone: On your iPhone, go to Settings > (Privacy, if you are using iOS 6+) > Location Services and set the applications to "ON".
  • Please note that constant use of your phone and GPS will affect your Smartphone battery life.
